2 cups Cooked Rice
1/2 cup Shredded Cheese
1/4 cup Salsa
2 Tablespoons Sour Cream
Defrost frozen rice in Microwave for 3 minutes.
Stir in Shredded Cheese until melted.
Stir in Salsa and Sour Cream until incorporated well
Top with Cilantro!

OMG this is awesome! I just buy the boxed spanish rice, but this is so much better and CHEAPER! I am printing this recipe. Thanks for sharing!
