Salsa Fresco

Salsa Fresco

3 Tablespoons finely diced onion
1 pound ROMA tomatoes diced small
1 finely diced green or jalapeno chili
2 Tablespoons FRESH chopped cilantro
3/4 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients and chill. Stores in fridge up to 5 days.
