Menu Plan Monday: Week of October 19, 2009
I changed the menu up a bit last week. Instead of the Pork Roast I made some Pork Cutlets I found already tenderized on the managers special rack. I paid $3 for 7 pork cutlets. Sundays pasta was baked ziti served at 1-ish for Lunch/Dinner.
Any reference to carbs from this point forward are Gluten Free grains and flours.
