Menu Plan Monday: Week of October 19, 2009

I changed the menu up a bit last week. Instead of the Pork Roast I made some Pork Cutlets I found already tenderized on the managers special rack. I paid $3 for 7 pork cutlets. Sundays pasta was baked ziti served at 1-ish for Lunch/Dinner.

Any reference to carbs from this point forward are Gluten Free grains and flours.

D: Crock Pot Baked Potato Soup

B: French Toast
D: Crock Pot Roast Beef

B: Waffles
D: Potato Chip Crusted Chicken Nuggets

B: Egg/Toast
D: Pork Loin

B: Oatmeal
D: Home Made Pizza

Saturday: Camping

Sunday: Camping
